Free Shipping:（免费运输） We are delighted to offer free standard shipping on all orders to worldwide.

Processing Time:（处理时间） We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.If you purchase dzi beads along with hand-woven cords, please note that crafting the hand-woven cords requires 2–4 days, and your order will be shipped immediately upon completion

Shipping Time:（运输时间） Delivery times vary by destination. Typically, international shipping may take 7-15 business days. Please note that these times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays.

Customs and Import Taxes:（关税和进口税） Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.But the tax have involved in the price.

Return & Refund Policy（退换货政策）

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, our return policy is limited.

1. Non-Returnable Items（不接受退货的商品）

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Customized/Personalized Products:（定制商品） This includes handmade cords for beads.The customized products cannot be resold.
• Digital Products:（数字商品） This includes all Zi Wei Dou Shu (Purple Star Astrology) e-books and courses. Due to their digital nature, all sales are final.

2. Eligibility for Returns（退货条件）

For non-customized physical items (e.g., selected Gzi beads), you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item, provided that:

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
• You contact us first and obtain a return site。

3. Return Process & Costs（退货流程与费用）

If your return is accepted:

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. This includes all logistics and customs duties for sending the item back to us.
• We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds（退款）

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment,  Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
