As a lover and inheritor of Chinese traditional culture and scholarship, I have long been dedicated to bridging ancient practices with modern scientific understanding—not by rigidly adhering to outdated forms, but by focusing on the essenceof these traditions: their spiritual core. In an era of rapid scientific advancement, where the application of ancient arts often sparks debate, my mission is to show how these time-tested wisdoms can thrive when integrated with contemporary perspectives. On this website, I will share practical, everyday applications of ancient remedies, inviting everyone to experience the enduring charm of China’s traditional knowledge.

My journey with dzi began during a trip to Tibet. There, dzi are treasured as family heirlooms, believed to bless their owners with peace, safety, and all things auspicious—each transaction accompanied by the Tibetan blessing Tashi Delek(meaning “good fortune and well-being”). The cultural significance of dzi in Tibet is undeniable; it was at the sacred Chongsaikang Market, watching them pass through the fingers of devotees like threads of history, that I realized these dzi (revered by Tibetans as “Sky-Stones”) are perfect vessels for connecting metaphysical beliefs with reality.

Unlike precious metals such as gold, silver, or iron—which lack deep cultural meaning and serve merely as currency, ornaments, or industrial materials—or diamonds, which, despite being marketed as symbols of eternal love, carry narrow cultural weight and act as tools for capital exploitation (with high prices making them inaccessible to many), dzi stand apart. Originating from the ancient Indus Valley Civilization and passed down through millennia as a cornerstone of Tibetan culture, dzi are more than just artifacts: beyond their aesthetic appeal, they are imbued with the craftsmanship of their makers, the blessings of cultural totems, and the faith of generations—making them ideal carriers of metaphysical culture.

Some may question the validity of these symbolic meanings, but from a psychological perspective, their power lies in association. When you see a dzi, you recall its intended virtues: if it symbolizes courage, it offers a mental boost in times of danger; if it represents prosperity, it fuels determination to rise again in hardship. Regardless of whether metaphysics is empirically proven, this psychological suggestion is the core driver of action—isn’t this the emotional value modern people crave? For this reason, I hope to share dzi culture with friends worldwide who share this aesthetic and seek energetic empowerment.

However, where there are people, there is capital—and capital easily tarnishes purity. Unethical merchants use machines to mass-produce worthless machine-made dzi beads, devoid of craftsmanship and reduced to industrial products. Worse still, some ignore traditional techniques, soaking dzis in acid to mimic the aged, “waxy” look of authentic pieces. These acid-washed dzis retain harmful acidic residues that endanger health. The dzi industry is fraught with such pitfalls. My goal in creating this website is to help everyone own a high-quality, eye-catching dzi that resonates with them. Here, every dzi is guaranteed authentic: we reject acid-washed dzis and machine-made dzis entirely. All our dzis are either semi-handmade or fully handmade, crafted with care to preserve their cultural soul.
